M Cubed will collect the personal details that you provide to us for the purposes of providing you with services and/or information. As a business we comply with all General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
What Information We Collect
The information we collect via our website is automatically stored within our website and is not accessible by any individuals publicly. We only collect information that is relevant to our ability to find you employment on a permanent or contract basis, or via our payroll solutions services through our clients. We do not collect any financial information via our website. If we require additional information (for example bank details to make payments to you if you are working as a contractor) we will contact you separately about this via M Cubed’s finance department.
Information we might collect includes your full name, address, telephone number, email address, current employment status, future employment desires, personal preferences (e.g. how far you are willing to travel, whether you would like to relocate, etc). Much of this is also to remember your contact details on the M Cubed website for ease of future use and the job application process.
You may request a copy of all the information that we hold on you at any time by simply contacting M Cubed on +44 20 7255 6600 or emailing email@example.com. For any subject access requests we will also provide you with an Excel spreadsheet of all information relating to data that we have on you as an individual and you can request that in writing using the above email address. You will be notified if there are requirements for video interviewing in any process and for any project we are working on.
Where We Store Your Information
We will also store your information gathered from the website on our company internal database which we will use to contact you with relevant jobs, or information that you might find of interest, which you can specify when you complete any online registration process on this website.
How We Will Use Your Information
We will, of course, request that you permit us to share your relevant information (e.g. your CV) with relevant customers (employers we are working with) as part of the registration process on this website. We will use your information to:
- Brief your details to potential employers
- Contact you about relevant opportunities that we think are appropriate to you – via email, SMS, telephone call, postal service
- Contact you for feedback on the application process
- Contact you for general feedback about the quality of service you receive from M Cubed
- Send you information about any content we have produced that you may find of interest
When completing your details on our website you will be given the opportunity to decide which of the above services you wish to ‘opt in’ to.
You have the right to have your information removed from the M Cubed website and databases at any time. If you wish to have your details removed then we would ask you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then process your request.
Should you contact us by telephone please be aware that at M Cubed we record all telephone calls for training, quality and compliance purposes.
Information Collection And Use
M Cubed is the sole owner of the information collected via our website. However, as an RDL Corporation company, we share a database with our sister company, SEC Recruitment, so from time to time you may be contacted by SEC with relevant opportunities where relevant and appropriate.
We will never sell, share, or rent this information to others. M Cubed collects information from our users at several different points on our website. You can create your own profile on the M Cubed website using the ‘Register’ button in the top right hand corner of the website. This allows you to save information that you are happy for M Cubed to keep about you on your behalf.
Our Processes For Securing Your Data
M Cubed have successfully completed Cyber Essentials, (via our parent company, RDL corporation). Cyber Essentials is the government-backed, industry supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common cyber-attacks - as well as undergoing regular internal training on ensuring all data held within M Cubed’s offices is secure. All of our systems are secure and inaccessible without the right credentials which are managed internally by the IT Department.
For more information about Cyber Essentials visit the National Cyber Security Centre website here.
